Will Logician Win the 2019 St Leger?

At even money, those being the current odds that are attached to Logician to win the St leger this year I think it’s fair and true to say that many punters are going to be tempted to place a bet on that current ante post favourite to win that race.

In fact, the way the money is pouring in for that favourite I wouldn’t be too surprised if those odds get lower in the days ahead so you will need to bet on it right now if you do fancy its chances and wish to bag those even money odds that bookies such as Coral are currently offering on it.

If the favourite does fail to win then there are some horses that are bound to play a major part in this race and one that is expected to do just that Sir Dragonet and punters are going to be able to back it at odds of 10/3 if they are quick.

The third and fourth favourites are not without their respective chances and those horses and their current odds are Il Paradiso at 5/1 and Sir Ron Priestley who can be backed at odds of 15/2 right now.

Bookies Paying 3 Places Each-Way

Even if the favourite does go on to win the St Leger this year, there are still going to be some other horses that will fill the top spots in this race, and with the other runners having much better and bigger odds attached to them you may prefer backing any of them each-way.

If that is something you much prefer doing on the St Leger then checkout betting site such as Coral, for they are paying out at one fifth of the win odds to three places on all each-way bets that are placed on the 2019 running of the St Leger with them.

Outsiders with Much Higher Odds

Anything can and many happen in this year’s running of the St Leger of course, and there may just be the chance that one of the outsiders will come out on top and win, however whilst that may not be the case some of you out there may fancy having a bet on one of the outsiders.

The current horses that are not being backed currently in any great numbers and as such are the outsiders including horses such as Dashing Willoughby and Technician at 14/1 and there is certainly a  case to be made for punters to take a chance backing either of those two horses each-way.

The odds do jump quite noticeably however on each of the other outsiders and those are Nayef Road at 20/1 along with horses such as Norway at 25/1 and South Pacific at 33/1 and the horses that do face a massive task trying to win the St Leger in 2019 are both Barbados at 40/1 and Western Australia who is the complete and rank outsider and odds of around the 50/1 mark are being offered on that horse for reference.
