That dividend will be declared to a 1.00 stake, so dependent on the stake levels you placed on a winning Tricast bet you will be paid out a percentage of that dividend if you wagered less than 1.00 on your winning bet, or conversely you will get a multiple of that dividend if you wagered more than 1.00 on that bet.
