Each year there are so many major golf tournaments being held across the world, there isn’t a week goes by that you will not find one of them in play, and that does of course mean that there are going to be a plethora of betting opportunities available to you.
Today I want to quickly take a look at some of the bets valued ante pots and futures betting markets some of our feature betting sites are offering on some golf tournaments that will soon be in play as there are some value packed bets and odds up for grabs right now on each of them.
I know that plenty of people will be placing a bet on this year’s Solheim Cup 2019 golf tournament for with that tournament soon to be in pal on the 13th to the 15th of September at the Gleneagles’ PGA Centenary Course in Scotland and being a women only event it is a golf tournament like no other.
As for the best bets to place on that golf tournaments, will I do like the look of the outright betting market, for right now plenty of betting sites have the USA chalked up at what I do think are generous betting odds all thing considered of 4/7 and that team should win that tournament by the way.
Ryder Cup 2020 Futures Betting
One of the most bet on golf tournaments is of course the Ryder Cup, and all fans of the sport are going to have their own thoughts and opinions as to just which team is going to win that event this year as they do every single year.
There is a lot to like about the make-up of this year’s USA team and they are the favourite to win by the way and you can back them at plenty of betting sites at odds of 8/11, the Tie odds are 11/1 and just so you know Europe are 11/8 to win, but not many punters are taking those odds or even placing a bet this year on the Europe team.
The Northern Trust 2019 Odds Update
You may be watching the Northern Trust golf tournament currently and if you are then there is just about enough time for you to have one final bet on the golfer that you think is going to win that event.
The one golfer that does look like he is going to win currently is Dustin Johnson at 2/1 but there are plenty of other golfers that may just beat him including but certainly not limited to Jon Rahm at 5/1, Rory Mcilroy at 7/1 and Jordan Spieth at 15/2.
You may however fancy the chances of one of the other golfers and a few that could be worth something of a small speculative bet include golfers such as Justin Rose and Patrick Reed at 11/1 or you may even fancy the chances of some of the mid-priced golfers any of whom could end up winning with some luck in playing, such as Justin Thomas, Abraham Ancer and Louis Oosthuizen at 25/1.
